Customer Connect March Program

ATDC Headquarters Community Room

75 5th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308

The course is spread over 5 weeks with classes on Tuesdays 3/1, 3/15, 3/29 from 5-7 pm, with remote coaching sessions on 3/8 and 3/22.  By invitation only.

Registration for this event is your application to the 5 week program.  An ATDC staff member will contact you to discuss your application status.

About the Course:

Customer Connect utilizes coaching and peer groups to provide personalized learning for technology entrepreneurs.  The program is focused on helping startups validate their business concept and get to revenue more quickly by getting early customer feedback on their product concept.  Three major topics are covered: Customers, Market, and Product.

Customer Connect is particularly important in today’s financing environment.  Many startups mistakenly focus on fund raising, not recognizing that startups must have customers and revenue before they can secure angel or VC financing.

Participants in the program will work with coaches to develop:

  • An Action Plan to engage with customers prior to and while building their product
  • A Positioning statement so they can describe  their company, who their customers are, how they will help them, and what the competition offers
  • Market Sizing data
  • A product development plan
    • What’s needed first, a demo, minimum viable prototype or beta,
    • What resources are needed and how long will it take
